After your date has been secured, we'll send over a contract to make things official.
In the meantime, here are some important things to know:
✦ PAYMENT: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due before our Design VIP Day.
✦ CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule with up to 72 hours of notice however your deposit may not be refunded. If I need to cancel or reschedule we will find a new VIP date that works for both of us or I will issue a refund.
✦ PRE-WORK: In order to complete our design work, your pre-design prep work must be completed before our scheduled date. If it is not completed by our date, we will need to reschedule and you forfeit your deposit.
✦ SCHEDULE: You must be available during our VIP day to respond and to give feedback throughout the day.

And, as the big day approaches, we'll ask you to complete a quick questionnaire to gather all your punchy design ideas, along with any graphics, images, or copy that you want to incorporate. Don't worry, we'll take it from there, create a killer plan, and get back to you with any follow-up questions. Let the countdown commence!
​3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR VIP DAY
I'll ping you our action-packed schedule for the big day, so you can keep tabs on my progress and give me feedback. And if need be, let's have a quick, peppy Zoom powwow to get the ball rolling!
THE DAY OF
On the big day, I wake up before the birds, fire up the coffee machine, and banish all distractions. I channel my inner superhero and set out to achieve the impossible! Think of it as a thrilling challenge where we both emerge victorious. I'll keep you in the loop throughout the day, seeking your thoughts on progress and ensuring we're always on the same page.

What can we really get done during a Design VIP Day? Buckle up, buttercup! Get ready for a wild ride of creativity during our Design VIP Day. We're talking a serious to-do list: Whip up a sub brand logo, icons, business card, pricing sheet, and Instagram templates Cook up a delicious brand identity, complete with a primary logo, secondary logo, font and color system, and brand guidelines. Believe it or not, it's all totally doable!

Stressing over time? Don't worry, I got you covered! I suggest a full brand project if you're working on a mammoth project. But, remember, one day can be a game-changer too!
